I love the idea of this, I'm just sad it rusted so quickly. Even with it being covered. We did get one good year out of it.

It’s easy to load with pellets and creates a cozy vibe and temp without the mess of a regular fire pit. It is prone to rusting the the natural elements though. Set up was relatively easy!

I bought this heater about a month ago and so disappointed in it. The first night it worked great, now it does not if you're not right there pushing pellets down it does not give any heat. I thought a good cleaning would help even though only been used 4 times now, but to my disappointment it didn't help. Save your money

I love this product. I bought it for a patio heater but it doesn't produce as much heat as advertised or expected. However, I absolutely love the ambiance if having a fire on my deck. My biggest concern is it started rusting within the first 2-3 weeks. I'm very disappointed about that. I use this all the time and would recommend it. Just know it will rust and I expect it to last only 3 years tops.
