The umbrella took well over a month to be delivered, but I imagine they are made after the order is placed and that is the reason for the long delay. And it is very well made! One thing I didn't realize is that this particular umbrella does not have a crank like I have had with previous patio umbrellas to raise the umbrella. I had to get a stepladder and use a lot of strength to lift the umbrella to the desired hole atop the pole and then insert an attached pin through it to keep it up. I live in a desert and yet have never had a crank break, so I am not sure why such an expensive umbrella didn't come with one. While this was not a deal-breaker, climbing up on a stepladder and pulling the umbrella up to a desire level may not be prudent for some customers.
