Have had it over 1 year and still very happy with it.

I’ve had this tub for two years now and I don’t think the quality is there. The Bluetooth speakers never worked, the cover that came with it collapsed from rain, I had to replace a shutoff valve, and it struggles to maintain temperature when you are in it. I’ve tried calling customer service several times, I had a woman answer once and she let me know that the tub was built in June and not when I got it in Nov, implying my 2 year warranty was up. She sent me to parts - which may be the black hole of the company. I think it’s where complaints go to die. I called parts back several times, no one answered. I’ve had other tubs and this one is not a keeper.

Love everything about it thus far. Works well, water stays warm. One main concern, in all of the pictures and descriptions the Hot Tub was supposed to have an MP3 hook up cabinet on the front of the hot tub. I received hot tub and there is no cabinet for hooking phone into MP3 aux cord. There are speakers and a cord I found inside the cabinet but there is no good place to keep phone and cord out of elements. I don't know if this is a mistake or just the way they make the hot tub now, I am trying to get technical help to answer question.

The hot tub is great! The temperature stays hot while in use and we love the option to plug in devices to play music. The color is true to photo and has not faded. Pros: Delivered promptly and truck driver was very helpful. Cons: It was difficult to arrange a forklift at delivery time.
