The best small hot tub. Set up was so easy we put it in a wood base. It works great. Highly recommend on a budget

Easy to set up. It took me less than 2 hours, including a rubber-foam type of flooring material I got to put under the tub. The bubble wrap material they provided wouldn't have done much to soften the concrete patio. I set this up by myself. Heater works as advertised, which is pretty good. The spa was at 100 degrees in less than 24 hours. The headrests and the seats that came with it are fairly worthless. The light works well as does the chlorine dispenser. The insulated cover does hold the heat well. We'll see if it works as well as it gets colder. The bubbles are nice, but I miss the jets of a real spa. Regarding the water filters. The manual says to remove them before using the spa. It's some sort of law, enacted for high powered pumps so someone doesn't get stuck by the suction. There is no danger of this happening with this spa, as the pump is very small and has very little suction at the filters. However, I would suggest doing this because people in the spa could "bump" the filters and maybe break the valve attached to the spa. That would be a mess. Removing and replacing the filters is not a big deal. Takes about 10 seconds. I am happy overall with the spa.

So far, so good. Enjoying it very much.

There were issues with this product and far as the write up. When it arrived the headrest’s were not as described. Extra filters were not in the order. But the company took responsibility and acted fast to fix it. Great experience with wayfair and the company
