Royal Victorian 13 Ft. W x 20 Ft. D Greenhouse

The Victorian added functional beauty to our open area protected and partially shaded by cedar trees. The size is perfect for over-wintering our tropical and succulent plants, while allowing room for container-grown vegetables. In the spring, seed starters and perennial cuttings take center stage.

Our primary goal in choosing a greenhouse was to be able to garden year round & to have a place to relax outdoors in beautiful North Carolina. We spent alot of time reviewing various greenhouse brands and styles and finally settled on this one. It is truly fabulous to be able to enjoy the four seasons without being in the elements (rain) and having insects (mosquitos) constantly disturbing you. This greenhouse is both functional yet beautiful. It truly has met & exceeded all of our expectations.

We purchased a VI 36 Royal Victorian Greenhouse from Exaco and assembled it, adding a 30" brick retaining wall for the foundation. The results were beautiful and functional. For aesthetics and visual effects, we went with glass instead of polycarbonate. We also went with three small heaters on automatic thermostats, the main fan, and a couple of portable fans. Fantastic—I'm thrilled that we decided to buy one. We'll do this again for the next house.

Victorian VI46 greenhouse has changed the way we garden and extended our season. We saved so many years plants this winter by moving into the greenhouse. Saved us thousands of dollars. Last freeze we moved plants to our flatbed trailer, covered with a tarp and had 2 plug in heaters. We lost power and we'll you can guess the rest. We have been able to cool this greenhouse down with the exhaust fan and louveredand ceiling windows. The shelving is super sturdy and I have heavy pots/plants. The structure is strong and sturdy and the French door works perfectly. The Double doors we are still tweaking but almost there. The screens for the windows fit perfect. We bought extra shelving just in case and plan to purchase the new roller shade cloth for this summer. The only regret we have is that we didn't get one sooner; I know it sounds corny but my husband and I have enjoyed it more than we ever thought. We had several dinners out there in the spring and spent hours enjoying the birds and sunsets. We can't say enough about Diana and the install team support. Overnighted any part we needed during the construction and walked us through any trouble we had no matter how minor. We installed it ourselves so we called in quite a few times. Exaco makes an excellent product and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

The team's assistance in determining which features (such as fans, louvers, shelving, etc.) were most suitable for different environments provided me and my team with peace of mind throughout the process. Building an in-house greenhouse for the first time was nerve-wracking, but the process was straightforward, and we were able to assemble a durable and high-quality product with confidence. Thank you!
