The package arrived so badly beaten up and half open, that when the FedEx driver set it down parts literally fell out of the box. He even remarked about the condition of the carton. Thankfully, everything necessary seemed to be there. The sofa looks nice. The cushions however are definitely NOT 5.75". They are - at best - 4.75, a full inch less than advertised which was a big disappointment. A couple of holes in the metal frame didn't line up. We were able to work around it but still it's a manufacturing defect. Worst of all, it went on sale for $60 less a few days after purchase but Wayfair doesn't offer any compensation if you buy too soon.

The item came with holes that didn’t align on one side to attach the back… it was the last step to assembly so I wasted 1.5 hours to put the thing together by myself and it’s not usable. Wayfair also just directed me to the manufacture and are not providing prompt service for the issue. I ordered it to have it by a specific date and now I don’t have anything.

After 2 hours of struggling and disassembly and reassembly, I had to accept that 2 of the screw holes to attach the back panel to the side panels do not match up. I purchased this sofa back in May for my new porch. The building process took longer than expected and I was just able to assemble today. I’ve already discarded original packaging. I previously checked to ensure all parts had arrived. It never occurred to me that this type of poor quality would occur. Very disappointing

We like the sofa and comfort for the price. However, we were missing the piece to attach the back to the base and we're still waiting for it to come from oversees.
