I like this set a lot! It is perfect for our patio. The fire table throws a fair amount of heat and it is easy to move all the pieces of furniture close to it. If the furniture is going to be in the sun, I recommend teak oil or some other form of protection. Cover the fire table, because once the pan that holds the fire rocks rusts, it is impossible to find another pan the same size. I know, because this is a replacement set. The last one we didn't care for well and didn't treat the wood and once the cover that came with the firetable ripped, we didn't replace it right away, causing the rust. I also sprayed the fabric with protectant so that when it gets soiled, it is easier to clean. I could not find replacements for the cushions either, which is why this is my second set. Best advice, is cover the whole set if it is going to be exposed to the elements.
