Base de parasol autoportante Johnan

The box appeared to have been re-opened and re-taped with some of the styrofoam broken and the box was not crushed on show evidence of any damage. The Granite cut seemed to be a manufacturing defect in that it was not a flat surface and had to be drilled and chiseled out to allow the bolt, nut and washers (were broken in half) to sit flat. Wayfair allowed a reduction in the cost to cover my need to have a handyman complete the fix.

Great buy. Perfect for smaller areas.

Great base. Holds up to Delaware winds

This is not stable and dangerous. Do not buy this product.

Had 2 delivered now, and both don’t have the hole drilled deep enough to secure the stem to the base properly. Removed the washers and it works (fine), but not ideal. They need to improve their design or quality checks. Looks nice, but you need to buy or MacGyver spacers if you buy a parasol smaller than the stem because of the bottom screw and it doesn’t come with any.
