I ordered an in-ground basketball hoop WITH the install service. What I got instead was a comedy of errors that wasted my time, money, and patience. Twice the “install team” showed up with the wrong number of people — needed two, sent one. The third time two finally arrived and immediately announced they would not include the materials required to install it. So the service I paid for was incomplete from the start.They still have not refunded the install fees. Instead they keep sending me emails trying to push responsibility onto the manufacturer. This is not the manufacturer’s fault. This is the vendor’s fault for advertising and selling an install service they clearly cannot or will not properly deliver.On chat they promised a return label. That never arrived. After I disputed it they promised a pickup return label. That also never happened. Then they circled right back to telling me to contact the manufacturer. Classic runaround.On top of everything, as a woman I was expected to lift and move heavy equipment that the installers should have handled. Completely unprofessional and unsafe.This company advertised a service they failed to provide, collected money they refuse to return, made multiple promises they broke, and then tried to dump the problem on someone else. Do not buy the hoop from them if you also need installation. Do not trust their promises. Do not expect them to stand behind what they sell. Refund the install fees and arrange proper pickup of the equipment immediately, or I will continue escalating this everywhere I can.
