If you get this bamboo and it’s not been crushed, with giant splits (10” long) then you’re lucky! When it arrives well it’s gorgeous! I bought about 12 and maybe 3-4 were usable quality. Plus ten days to get it each time it needs to be replaced. Get it from the manufacturer and ask them to ensure the quantity and you might be ok. Uggg, so disappointing.

Overall feels sturdy. If it wasn't for the issues I had with the ones I recieved it would have worked perfect.

It was good quality and exactly what I was looking for. The only issue was the packaging. One piece was split from shipping but I glued it and I’m ok with it. Getting more and hoping they resolve the issue.

The bamboo is so sturdy and looks great around a pool. Will buy again!

The product looks fine but the customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I am currently on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes and counting to fix something they screwed up. Oh I could return it without calling and pay $20 shipping. Again, for something they screwed up. No other way to contact them that I could find. No email, no chat. Just forced to waste 2 hours of my time so they can fix their mistake. Love their products but bye bye Wayfair. Not shopping here again.
