TLDR: Don't order unless you are 110% committed (no returns...) We purchased this mailbox along with another one through Wayfair. Very unsatisfied with the item, we attempted to return it. Wayfair not only denied the request (evidently it's made to order/drop shipped from the mfr....) but was unwilling to grant any exceptions. Now we are stick with a mailbox we have no use for are out $100+. AVOID!
