This is an UNFINISHED wood product. It does NOT state that in any of the descriptions. I paid $600 for unfinished wood that I had to stain and seal before we could use it. Also, not enough chain was sent and we had to purchase more from our hardware store. I ordered 2 and 1 of them came broken. The swing is itself is comfortable and once it is finished properly it will be fine. However, if you are expecting a finished product this is not for you. And I think it is extremely overpriced for an unfinished item.
