From the photos in the diagram suspense looked exactly like when we were replacing when we got it we was surprised to notice that the seat and the back each have one fewer slat than the one we were replacing the bench it looks tiny and feels tiny

There was no hardware in the box. What is disturbing is that there is a postcard in the box from Gardenised that says thank you for your business. Missing Parts? Assembly Instructions? Quality Improvements? Please contact our direct customer support before contacting the seller directly for a replacement or return. What should I do? I feel this is not valid and a weird way to do get my attention and business. This is really the first time I have encountered this kind of issue with a Wayfair purchase. Please advise.

Unfortunately, this was a very expensive purchase for and very inferior item - especially for the money I put out.

Solid bench

Finish on wood has inconsistent coverage. It was my fault I did not examine all measurements, but the seat falls well below my knees and probably should be labeled as a child’s bench, or have a photo of a child sitting on it. I’ll probably paint it with good exterior paint and gift it to a family member. I still need an adult bench.
