Honestly it looks better than I thought. However, the jury is out on whether or not it will really work. I have placed plants that I grew into the pot around the base and watered the plants. The first thing that happened was the water came out of the side area. I am hoping after the soil has time to settle it does much better. I would not bother purchasing another one even though the online pictures look great. Stick with fake plants and this flowerpot is perfect. I ended up placing a second tray underneath to ensure it doesn't continue to seep out the sides.
