This cart looks and feels like a poor quality office filing cabinet. The walls are very thin, the doors pop into a hole and do not sit flush with the cart or with one another. The handles are giant but you cannot swap them out for something else because there are holes drilled into the doors (both the top and bottom for those handles to attach). In addition, the item arrived scratched in several places. We are opting to disassemble and pay the return shipping of 57 rather than keep this.

Cheaply made product with even worse service. The package arrived intact with no exterior damage…inside were damage parts (bent and scratched) that were clearly packaged as defective. Wayfair’s policy essentially defers any meaningful resolution to the manufacture…who took a default stance that it was caused in-shipping. Although a refund was offered, it is logistically unrealistic (disassemble the partially built cart, obtain boxes and coordinate the pickup). In the end we “straightened” the defective pieces on a press and will repainted ourselves….ironically easier than dealing once again with Wayfair and the superficial service. This is the third issue in as many orders…slow learner on my part I suppose
