I was initially excited to get the alert this unit was available. In its original description of 2 sliding doors (*which has since been changed), acrylic screened windows and delivery within 2 weeks, I believed this would be an affordable option versus 20k acrylic sunroom or a flimsy cloth gazebo. My first disappointment with the manufacturer was when receiving an email of delivery notification for closer to 4 weeks, not 2. Upon arrival and inspection is when I noted the advertised description of the unit and what was sent did not match - there was only 1 door and the acrylic window portion of the walls are of plastic film ( same consistency as thick plastic wrap) not solid material. Upon further inspection one of the windows were cut. The Quebec based manufacturer was only accessible by email neither giving names or phone numbers of individuals I could contact to resolve the missing door assembly (to which my purchase was promised). The email responses to my enquiries were often rude and without information and did not include even a name at the end of the email. Finally, I was told I could not received replacement parts until the NEXT production SEASON. That was not acceptable! Wayfair customer service stayed in contact with me during this frustrating process promised contact with the manufacturer as well. I finally badgered the manufacturer to ship me the missing (advertised) and broken components. Unfortunately, the manufacturer must have cleaned out their (returned) pile because each piece was damaged in some way but the unit was already assembled and it had been a 2 month process and winter was coming. I fixed the pieces, and installed. The instructions included were faded pictures but with some construction knowledge I assembled with 2 people in a day. The biggest challenge is reaching the screws with the over- laying roof panels and the last roof components. I further reinforced to the house and deck to improve sturdiness and minor insulation to roof and lower walls to prevent frosting and condensation. In the end that Wayfair customer service stepped in to support their customer but for the hassle and quality and cost, it may have been better to visit my local hardware store and build a wooden one.

I found the instructions fairly easy to follow. The parts all seem to fit together fairly well. My only complaint is that there is a cap that runs the full width of the rear of the roof and is difficult (if not impossible) to install when the room is fully constructed. I will be adding my own trim along the back edge of the roof so it doesn't leak. The metal roof is a bit noisy when it rains. All in all my wife and I are happy with our purchase.
