This was the only hose reel we found that was similar to one we bought 20 years ago. It came fully intact. We did not have to put it together and we were able to hook up and start using the hose immediately.

It was nice that it arrived fully assembled, nothing to do. I have not hooked it up to water yet, but I am happy with the size and feel. Yes it is light weight, that is plastic for you! I will be using it in one spot, so I will use ground stakes to hold the feet in place, simple and effective.

Love this item so happy I ordered one more
