Excellent patio umbrella., great size and love the color. The price was on my budget !! Love it !!!

This item was sent with incorrect arms to the parasol. It appears from the box condition that it was a previously returned item that may have been taped up and sent out to another customer with out resolving the problem. Likely because they have no phone # for customer service. E-mail only with 24 hour turnaround. No way to resolve issues with a phone # or chat feature with a human being. Don’t buy any product from this company unless they add customer service. We’ll end up returning this item and they will likely send it to another customer since we can’t communicate the issue.

Great umbrella. Almost 13ft across and provides a lot of shade. Has faded a bit being in the sun all summer long but this is to be expected. Will buy another if this one ever falls apart but so far so good.
