Easy to assemble, spacious and easy to clean. Keeps the drinks cold for a good amount of time

We were very disappointed in the inside provide bag that is not even made of an insulated material. It’s simply a thick plastic white bag that lines the inside box. Also, the top lid(s) do not shut closed all the way. We’ve placed a heavy printer on top for 24 hours to attempt to make it close and after taking the weight off, it still pops up almost an inch. This just adds to the problem of failing to keep the inside contents cold for any length of time. For over $150, we’d have been better off with the metal rolling ice chest. Will not be returning since it was so much work to put together and will be again to take apart - will use for this summer and buy another truly insulated one next year. Very disappointed.

I loved the cooler, but it only lasted one year and a half. I tried to contact Wayfair to see if I can purchase a new insert because it is made of plastic and it had all dry rotted and was leaking. They told me it was no longer under warranty I then contacted Vita home the manufacturer of the ice cooler and they also told me sorry I should look to purchase something else that I could replace the inside with. All I wanted to do was purchase a new insert in the first place very bad business. I have disposable cooler bags from the grocery store that lasted longer than this sorry to say
