Our complaints are 1) that we have to fuss with the ottomans a little to pull them out, and 2) that it is difficult to move the chairs--they are heavy and all the moving parts move as the chair is being moved. The written assembly instructions were hit and miss but the diagrams helped. Once assembled it looks very nice and seems to be sturdy enough.
