I like the chairs, and they look great once assembled, but the long-term durability remains to be seen. The assembly instructions could definitely be improved. In particular, I think Steps 1 and 2 should be reversed because the M6x60mm bolts fit awkwardly and create too much movement when it’s time to attach the front section of the seat. The bolt-and-nut setup was a bit confusing, and several connections felt loose until the later assembly steps were completed. Because of this, assembly took longer than expected. I was really concerned about what I was going to receive based on some of the reviews. Needless to say, my husband and I were extremely happy with the quality, size, ease of assembly. Well machined, every part fit together like a glove. They are not child sized as someone wrote in their review. My husband is 6ft, 170lbs and he fits in it with room to spare, as do I. Use the Allen key that looks like a wine bottle opener! These chairs are beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable, but they take a few hours to put together. The first chair took me forever to assemble, but I used it as a learning experience. I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair.
