We purchased this in 2022 and it is still going strong in the South FL heat and sun! It was not the easiest to assemble and install because the instructions were horrific, but we searched and found some good YouTube links to help make sense of it ( my husband is very handy, so it was not user error, I’d own up to that if it was )) It has been over our back sliding door porch area and is great for shading that part of the house and keeping it cooler by blocking sun from baking our den all day! The cloth is just now starting to look a little faded and worn in some spots the seam down the middle looks like it may be stretching a little in one spot And part of the white trim on the scalloped edge recently came unsewn and we just cut off that piece.
