Works good

We have had this unit for about 6 months. It is the noisiest appliance in our bar area and because our bar is close to the kitchen it is a very noticeable fan noise when it turns on. The water does come out cold but I will usually add ice to it when consumed as it isn't quite cold enough for me. However, my wife feels it is cold enough for her. I measured the noise from the unit and it is 72 decibels and my garbage disposal is 67 decibels for a comparison. I did have Elkay come out after installed and I was told the fan noise is normal. I'm not sure if all chillers are as noisy as this one but when this one breaks I will definitely try another brand.

Unit hooked up very easy only thing is you needed to get tour own power cord.
