Little Chef Frankfurt Wooden Cutting Play Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is very fun for your little chef! The pieces are of high quality. They seem very durable. They have held child's attention for a couple hours now. My child loves making me new recipes. My child thanked me for getting him this fun set.

It is a wooden material, but it is also sanded down to where it's smooth and there are no spots that might make splinters. It's also a nice toy to keep kids from wanting to use the regular coming utensils like knives, but somewhat learning on their own. I had my little one okay with this in their high chair while I was making food so they could "help out with the meal." The paint seems like it won't chip away, which is always a concern for me with my child who likes to put things in their mouth.

My little munchkin loves to “slice” the fruit and serve it to me. He loves making pretend smoothies. He also brings the set into the kitchen when I’m prepping food, and “preps” alongside me. He loves it and uses it right along side me in the kitchen. It’s also been a great way to teach him about different fruits. Its really sturdy and hasn't just worn down like the other food toys. I'm giving this a high rating on durability and sturdiness. Definitely recommend.

The quality is great and I love the recipe instructions. My daughter has really enjoyed integrating it with her other toys and creating her own recipes.
