Was not compatible with the winkle hood I purchased from this site; although it stated it was. Then the unfortunate revelation that Wayfair does not refund, exchange or give credit to items purchased as open box. I assumed they stood by their products, however, we have all heard the saying "when you assume it makes...". Well, my assumption of Wayfair helping customers who have purchased thousands from them, has left me out of $71 and a useless item to donate to Renovation Charity. Additionally, has cost Wayfair to lose a once dedicated customer.
