paid for installation technician through wayfair and they never showed. cant get refund directly to credit card, have to send screenshot of invoice and address and they (handy/com) wayfairs, parner, sends a check in 2-3 weeks! insanely bad product they offer. shouldnt even offer it, setting me back weeks on my small kitchen renovation. terrrible

I am very disappointed with the items. I was expecting an all white unit. Not one with stainless trim. The extension doesn’t match. I get sad each day that I walk into my kitchen and see it.

I searched for a stainless range hood chimney extension. This came up and I bought it, but it is white.
