Well this is a really nice piece and the directions are great. You have to make sure you pre drill holes as directed and you have at least one person to help two is better. You have to put in your own venting it doesnt come with it. But it is a great value for the money and is great once it is installed.

I am very happy with this range hood. We will be using it for our kitchen remodel so it has not been installed yet. But it comes with a cord that can be plugged so I was able to test it before the installation. You can turn the light on and off and use hand motion for the fan, which comes with 4 speed settings. It Is nice so you do not have to touch it with greasy hands.

I am a big fan of the stainless steel finish and sleek design of this range hood. It arrived quickly, which was a benefit as my previous hood quit working. Install was surprisingly easy and the light weight made it more manageable.

The hood itself works great. The style is nice and I really like that you can just wave your hand and make the fan higher or lower. The things that I do not like is that you cannot dim the light. Another minus is that the instructions are not user friendly at all. It shows a picture of just the outer shell to install which is a big nope..not happening. Another MAJOR flaw is the template DOES NOT match up with the screw set. Overall it looks nice and works great but the installation is a nightmare.
