It pours out on right side instead of drain hose

Pros: The washer, spinner and dryer are very solid. They are all relatively quiet. I tested it by running the units and taking a step outside of my apartment and walking down the hallway to see if I could hear anything and you cannot hear the machines running. Another pro is that when the water is elevated and you turn on the drain feature all water is emptied out. Sometimes with other portable/apartment style washer and dryers, the washer will never fully empty out and will have standing water in there. I think this is a perfect set up. I've heard that the smaller portable dryers take hours to dry clothes. But with this system, you have the washer and the spinner which removes a lot of water. Then, when you put it in the dryer, you really only have to dry a medium-sized load for 30 minutes to an hour. The spinner significantly decreases the drying time. Cons: The plastic hosing that came with the washer really isn't that good. You will definitely have to buy additional hose or other components from an online store or department store. The only other Con is that the pump for the drain mechanism isn't the best. I'm not sure if I was being impatient, but I turned the drain function on and it wasn't really pushing or pumping the water upwards out of the pipe. I thought that I could turn the drain feature on and it would pump the water out even if the hose end point was higher than the washer. I will have to try this mechanism again to confirm. For my first use, I had to pick up the washer, place it on the edge of my tub, and then run the drain feature for it to work effectively. so I would likely end up having to purchase a platform for the washer so that it drains more easily. This dryer comes with the L-shaped attachment for the back of the dryer. It allows you to redirect the steam/warm air. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with the tube to attach the dryer to the attachment. Meaning, they gave me the attachment to redirect the steam, but they didn't give me the tube/duct to actually point the steam outside. So you'll have to buy an additional tube to make sure that the steam/warm air is being directed where you want it to go. All in all, I would rate this 3 stars. If the hoses and the pump mechanism for the drain feature were better, I would give this 5 stars. The fact that the dryer doesn't come with a tube doesn't bother me much. The only downside to not having the tube is that it makes the room very humid. If you're living in a small space or already having trouble with mold, it could be a problem. On the other hand, if your space is a bit larger and the steam has room to dissipate, then you'll be fine. Truth be told, I've seen so many of these washers online. They really don't get better than this, unless you were too, buy an ultra expensive washer and dryer. With this one you'll definitely have to invest a bit and buy some extra components.
