[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this appliance for a month now and love it. Not only is it really easy to use, but the gas output from each burner is really consistent and I appreciate a few extra features on the range panel, like the ability to quickly lock and unlock the screen for cleaning. The oven baking temperatures seem very consistent as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this appliance.

The only downsides in the month that we've had it are some kind of fogging over the display panel, but only in part of it. The top stainless also scratches pretty easily, but most of that is covered by the grates. The oven heats quickly and an oven thermometer I put in there reads 350 when the oven thinks it's 350. Although the oven racks are not telescopic, they do slide smoothly, which makes it easy to get heavy dishes out. The touch screen is very sensitive and I have to lock it or buttons will get pressed if a shirt or anything brushes against it. The display does not show the exact oven temperature, but there is a status bar, so when you're pre-heating you can see how close you are to being ready. This is my first oven with the proof function. I've only used it once, and I really love having it. Our old range did not last us very long and I spent a long time researching before choosing this Bosch range. I'm glad I took my time and didn't settle for a less expensive unit.

Friend suggested the oven, I was impressed that it when from 0-450 degrees in 10 minutes. But it got better, it actually held the temp at 450 for the most part. The stove top BTU that it could kick to boil some water was more than happy. Now to put it through the works and the rest of time. So far I'm glad to have moved on from my last oven -_-
