Ok I am giving 4 stars- instead of 5. Because the paddles- are not a great design. Every time we get water it drips onto the paddles and on the floor. Annoying for sure. But, honestly other than that the whole system is great. Our water taste really good! It has made a huge difference. I just wish the design was better. For a family of five we got through a lot of water. And this unit was a good value.

The dispenser does not stop pouring water when you try to remove the cup. Therefore it leaks all over.

When you use the lever to fill up a glass and pull the glass away the water doesn't turn off right away so you end up with water everywhere.

I do not recommend this machine. The water spills all over when trying to fill your cup and it eventually stopped working all together.
