So far so good. Didn't want a whole house system. Have an under counter in kitchen but we have a small apartment for my son in basement so it fit the bill.

Love this machine so much. Makes any of your house hold water needs easy and accessible at the push of a button. Set up is super easy and looks amazing on the counter top.

I haven't completely hooked the system up yet but I am sure it's going to be great.

Does a great job heating / cooling water but the instructions for replacing filters are terrible. First, why do we have to flush the new filters before installing? I don't have to do this with my refrigerator water filter. Second, the replace filter manual is missing instructions and has inaccurate illustrations. Example 1: There is a screw holding the plastic cap onto the drain plug. It is not mentioned and unless you crawl under the machine you will not see it. Example 2: The illustration shows you removing the fill hose from the back of the machine including the elbow. False, the elbow stays. You pull sideways to remove the fill tube from the back elbow. After flushing, I had to disconnect the fill hose from the flushing kit. It does NOT easily pull out. I had to pry it out using a screw driver as a wedge. I am amazed I didn't break something several times. Took 40 minutes to complete the filter change. Not good though the cooler seems durable and performs as advertised. I'd pay more for the filters if I didn't have to flush them.
