People don’t realize there is a not a drip tray with a holding tank and they let the water run or pour excess into the tray. Our last brand had a tray with a holding tank and we had no issues. We are getting flooding on the floor. The design is not good. We have 3 of these I need to throw away.

This is a great water dispenser. Installation was straightforward. No special skill need except for common sense. The flow rate is good. Cold & Hot water temperature control are good. Only problem I had was the drip tray gets fill up quickly and spill over to the carpet. The red float indicator is not obvious enough and by the time it surface it's too late. Otherwise, highly recommended. Will do some modification to fix the drip tray drainage after the warranty expire.

Unit arrived damaged, company was quick to respond and offered a replacement, but we didnt have time for that. The sensor function is finicky.
