Bought from my wholesale supplier Brand new and after 3 months stopped working! Replaced with a new one. And after one year and 4 days, the powerhead started to lose electricity and then the lights stopped working and then the light that shows the height of the brushes, for 3 years now I've been playing with the handle while vacuuming! Now all theses get contact with electricity. I changed the control board not so long ago. Total disappointment!!! I can't get over the fact that I didn't buy the brand I had for 25 years!!

I have had Broan/NuTone products for years. Always wonderful so when purchasing a new central vac system for a different home, I went to what I thought was the trusted source. Apparently these systems are now manufactured elsewhere and come with no warranty!! The powerhead has been shorting out for about 6 months. I have to fiddle with it to get it running. The more time goes on, the more I have to fiddle with it. With no warranty, apparently my only option is to keep fiddling with it until it truly doesn't work anymore, then buy a new one. Completely ridiculous!

I had a power brush for approximately 20 years before it stopped working. I bought this CT700 power head December 2019. and I recently noticed it started skipping like as if there was a short. Not even 2 years. I have to play with it in order to finally make the connection for it to work and even then it skips a little . Seemed like a beautiful product when it arrived. Just so disappointed.

This is a cheap head. Our just stopped working. When we took it to a local vacuum repair shop they said it is "toast" we only got a couple years out of it. We shouldn't had to keep replacing heads. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a better unit or you will just have to keep replacing

I have gone through 3 power heads in less than 3 years. It just stops working. When it was working, it did a nice job. Good suction, easy to handle. It is too expensive to keep purchasing for such a short time
