I’m happy with the item, however, I’m not happy with the delivery. This was a birthday gift for someone special, and I had ordered this particular item because it had a delivered by the date of their birthday. Needless to say, on that day, my item was actually shipped. I was disappointed because this came nearly a week after when I was hoping for it. Again, I’m happy with the product, I just wish the site was more honest about the delivery dates and what to expect. My trust is lost there.

Much smaller than anticipated and the color isn't the same as what it shows on the website.

Heats but does not cool! Bit of a pain as I threw out packaging. Tried multiple times to get it to work.
