Firstly, it came damaged. The rubber lining the door was loose. Secondly, it’s much much smaller than expected. For the size, it’s not worth the $381. It is so much smaller than pictured. The 13.2cubic feet capacity advertised is misleading, that’s not the capacity. It is advertised also as commercial grade and fitting for a family size of 4+ persons but it can’t fit a queen comforter, more so to service a family of 4. I’m so disappointed I can’t even describe how I’m feeling right now. SMH ♀️

From start to finish, Wayfair did as they promised. Delivery was exact; washer and dryer were both as advertised. Very good. I will continue to trust Wayfair for any need. I also bought two jumbo bed pillows. Also exactly what I wanted.

I think it’s absolutely adorable. Only downside is, it does not have the metal coil vent thing to go outside the window. It has the plastic hook-up for it on the back. Aside from that, it’s cute. Haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet, but I have the portable washer by the same company (that I’ve had for 3 years) so, I don’t foresee I’ll have issues.
