Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day. We came to a resolution & I'd definitely purchase a Danby product again based on their customer service.

This is a very nice microwave with many useful cook/heating pre-sets. The light & fan are very nice.

Microwave is sleek. havent used yet. however- the door... has a stop at 90degrees upon opening. if you have cabinets that are deeper than 12 inches, this is a problem. Opening the door of the microwave, you hit your cabinet door. My cabinets are 14 inches deep. Contractor had to put a mounting strip on the wall to bring the microwave out more so that the door would not hit the cabinet. Other than that, i like the look so far. sharp. Also, discovered that these above-range microwaves have an automatic fan/vent. When you use the microwave it isvery noisy, as the vent goes on. There is nothing I can to do change this. About the Haier dishwasher.... Does not have a heating element, unfortunately. It doesn't say this in the product description. This dishwasher only uses your hot-water-heater temperatures to wash/sanitize the dishes. The dishes are NEVER dry. You will always have to dry them by hand or open the door and air dry them. It is very quiet - that is a good thing. The best cycles are extra long- that is a bad thing - 166 minutes (to wash dishes? no thanks). I got this dishwasher to give my home added value if I sell it. Otherwise, it's just me here so I wash all my dishes by hand, usually.
