This machine was relatively easy to set up, but fair warning it comes with the most basic instructions (if you can even call them that. It’s literally less than a full sentence). It’s lightweight too so that’s a plus!

So I did like this ice machine, until it stopped working. It’s a good size, fits under a standard cabinet and makes great chewable nugget ice. It held a good quantity for our family of four and was quiet enough to not disturb us. It doesn’t take long to fill the ice bucket and comes with a scooper which was a nice added touch. However, it just stopped making ice. It’s powered on, nothing blinking or flashing and sounds like it’s running but nothing will come out anymore. I have had it less than a month so it’s disappointing. I will try taking it all apart and restarting again but feel like I shouldn’t have to do that already.

I want to love this ice maker. It’s pretty looking, it’s not as expensive as the GE nugget ice maker, but it’s not up to par with the nicer ones. It does take up some decent counter space so I don’t recommend if you have a small kitchen (unless you don’t care). The pull out that holds the ice is kind of small also. The ice making is not as quick as stated. As long as you make sure you start it at night, you’ll be fine the next morning.

I was bummed about this ice maker. We went through all of the initial cleaning and set up, which takes a bit of time, and got it going. It started to make ice and then quickly started making a loud squeaking sound and wouldn't stop. There was also a burnt rubber smell. I am going to get in touch with customer service about a replacement and will update my review if I have a different experience.

Wow!! Really nice machine. This produces ice so fast and is really easy to set up out of the box. We love having nuggets ice to chew on in the summer but our dogs love it even more! Because they're older their teeth need the softer formed ice, this works perfect!
