It originally arrived damaged, but Wayfair was able to replace the unit swiftly. This ice maker works pretty good, but the ice melts really fast, so if you don't use it immediately, it will be extremely watered down and misshaped. I turn it off until I know I'm ready to use it for a drink/cocktail, or transfer them over to my actual freezer. It says 5 adjustable sizes, but the instructions only show you two ways to make ice, so it's unclear that that works or not to me. Overall, it works but not something I would recommend for the price. No more than a $100 machine in my opinion.

The Countertop Clear Ice Cube Maker is super awesome, the directions were a little confusing for me such as pour potable 0.53 gallon at one time, plus I couldn’t find the water line so I filled a regular drinking bottle with filtered water twice into the water bucket. When I finally figured it out it was easy I pressed the light button on to watch it make nice size Clear square Ice cubes.

I was very excited to get this countertop I e maker since my refrigerator is unable to make ice cubes for me. I unpacked it and really like the sleek look of the machine. I used water bottles to fill it up and it took 4 to get to the max water level. The machine is easy to use, just set it and let it run. It has made lots of ice cubes for me already! I like that it isn’t too loud either. The loudest thing is when the ice cubes drop, but that is to be expected. You can set various sizes for the cubes which is really nice as well. Overall I’m very pleased with this unit!!

Very compact so it fits in my small space in my kitchen. Makes the ice in 30 minutes and even has a little light you can turn off and on whenever you would like. The ice cubes are very big which is expected. But 1010 recommend getting this item.

First, this item was very securely packaged., something I always check. Even on the outside of box reminder to let the coolant settle for at least 24 hr before making ice. Nice compact design so it fits with limited counter space like mine. Everything is included but the water.
