I love the ice making machine. This is my second one. I am disappointed that the first one lasted only 5 years. Must have been improved because this one makes better ice.cubes.

Revising AGAIN.....wish I could give it a negative star.....ugh! leaks on the floor. Doesn't make cubes....doesn't slice the sheets of the slush it produces!!! It's awful. And, I didn't think it could get any louder.....but, I would be wrong.....sound like a car running in our living room. Beautiful and sleek. It runs a bit too loud and doesn't seem to have and adjustment to make it cut all the cubes as they come out of the tray drop. Revised to 1-Star. Watery cubes now.....all in sheets you have to work to break up. We've only been running for 30 days, with light use. Getting louder by the day. No information for adjustments. I no longer believe this would be a good purchase for consumers.
