I love my washer I recommend it I have it for a year and no problems at all.

Product is good. Delivery and support bad. We received a delivery on Tuesday, November 19th (not the 20th as written on our "orders" page). This delivery was for a replacement washer because the original washer could not stop flashing an error sign even with a good wash performance. The delivery crew removed the faulty washer and rather than bring in the new washer told me that when they opened the box the washer was heavily dented on the top so they had to take it back. Today is Thursday and no one has been in touch via phone or email. Thanksgiving is coming and we have no washer and no communication, as promised. Wake up Wayfair and GE Delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to love this as much as our last Electrolux machine that stayed with the house when we sold it. Moving to new house, we went straight for a new one just like it, to replace the stinky one left behind. Welp.... EXTREMELY disappointed! First issue was bad, but we accepted and moved on. It is LOUD!!!!! Holy cow it is loud. It echoes through the walls with the water but even worse with the steam function enabled. Then the SPIN CYCLE, sounds like a 757 about to take off in your laundry room. Unfortunately, it is on the same side of the house as our bedroom, so we do not start a load if we want to sleep. But also next to home office, and cannot be on the phone with it running. Second, the settings are terrible in comparison to our last model. They are really long, and pairing that with issue #1, is an issue. Third and worst! THE DOOR GASKET. We only use a small amount of powder detergent, use hot water washes regularly, do not use any fabric softener other than occasional vinegar that is poured into the fabric softener slot. We wipe the gasket clean and dry after each load, leave the soap drawer and door wide open with a fan running to dry the drum, AND run the washer clean cycle at least once every 2 weeks. Including the weird bump on top next to the light that fills with black gunk! We live in a desert with maybe 8% humidity. We have had this machine about 6 months, and the gasket needs to be replaced as there is so much mold growing in the little holes that i cannot clean out, even AFTER REMOVING IT, soaking it, scrubbing it with toothbrushes and pipe cleaners! After deciding to order a new gasket, I cannot find the part that fits the ATC2. So I need to reinstall a moldy gasket. Oh, and #4... It leaks. I noticed a water line when they delivered and installed my washer. They said it was from a final testing at the manufacturer. It leaks a little line at the bottom of the door every wash. I really
