Excellent machine and a very good machine. My reason for the double take is because of small or tiny bootie socks. With this washing machine compared to other front load I have owned before this one gets a small sock stuck in the drain in the rubber below where the door is located every now and then (nothing bothersome). I just put my socks in a washing machine mesh bag (most of the time) and that is the only small quirk I have. I really like this washing machine.

Not sure why this washer receives such good reviews. It is junk. It’s loud and required service within the first year of installation. Then, during the second year, it needed additional repairs for a broken drain pump and water level sensor. The repair costs ended up being more than the price of a new washer, so we replaced it after less than two years of use. Very disappointing quality and reliability.

I bought this washer a month ago and am very happy with its performance overall. It has a large capacity and appears to be quite gentle on my clothes. It requires much less detergent than I originally thought, which makes doing laundry less expensive. My only complaint is that the front door is only plastic and not glass like the previous one I had for 20 years. Overall, I would definitely recommend this washing machine.
