Excellent product the top of the washing machine itself, scratches and dense very easily poorly made

We've had this machine for a year now and I love it. It gets clothes so much cleaner than our old one. It's quiet and very efficient with water. I do a lot of laundry for a short term rental I manage and this is ideal for doing lots of heavy loads.

Took a little time to figure out which cycles to wash certain clothing items but well worth the effort to dig a little and figure it out.

The new set is in the gorgeous blue denim color and looks fabulous. The first cycles have run and the redults were highly satisfactory. Detailed and easy to use control panel, on/off and program choice at the touch of a fingertip and reacting well. I very much like the new detergent drawer and the pod option which shows exactly what to insert/pour where. Love my new set!
