Awful, this company has directions that don't match what they ship you. The touch screen buttons do not work or maybe 1 out of every very 10 pushes and since they refuse to share pictures of the hood you get a nasty surprise that there are ugly vents on the top of the range which limit how far in you can slide the range and it has to stick out about 2 inches more than amy other hood works. These are made in Italy to some other specs and it's a huge let down for an insane price not to mention non-functional. I will be returning, what a colossal waste of time.
