Expected it to be a tad thicker but it’s very nice. Looks good!

Not as described on the website. The brief flyer inclosed warned against putting it on the cooktop if it was still too hot- so no way it could be safely used to cook through. The first person I spoke with read a description that sounded like it was okay- but again, the warning enclosed with the product said no. The next clerk suggested I try using it. Id rather not have it melt to my cooktop (as warned with product). So, I have to print a return label, and pay almost $10 postage to return the item that was advertised incorrectly, and is a safety hazard. I was offered a 20% refund if I wanted to keep it, which would make me out more $$ than mailing it back. This was my first time with Wayfair, and obviously my last. Unsafe, a hassle, and time & money wasted. choose a star to finish my review?? 0 stars. But not a choice, surprisingly?

FINALLY found a 36-inch wide protector for our new induction stovetop, and I'm thrilled with it! Thank you, Wayfair, for offering the exact size to fit. Prior to finding this, I'd searched and only saw 30" and smaller. So frustrating. But HAPPY now!! A solid investment for a very fair price!!
