The product arrived in a timely fashion. I installed it and it works so that's all that I can ask for. My only knock is that I think these things are over-priced. But all and all, a good purchase experience.

Took awhile to arrive when first ordered. Arrived damaged, followed the online return instructions and spoke to a rep. Another ordered as a replacement and was received in short order. Installed and works great! Thanks Wayfair-well done.

An LG exact replacement for the big single element burner was $300. I modified this dual burner to be a single burner and it was an exact fit. Works great and my aunt who is on a pension could afford it. Now she has a fully working stove again.
