Such a great option! It fits perfectly on a counter taking up little space. It's a nice, clean little appliance that produces pebble ice (if you don't like pebble ice, make note). Easy to use, store, and clean!

Shipping was quick. This ice maker is great! It fits well under the cabinet on the kitchen countertop. It comes with some packets of cleaning salts and a small scoop. The ice basket can hold a couple of glasses of ice before it gets full. I would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a countertop ice maker!

I was worried when I opened this ice machine and saw how it was loose in box (although still protected with styrofoam). It appeared to have been re-boxed. But I followed the directions and let it sit 24 hours upright before plugging in and making ice. It started right up without any problem. I like that it came with a year’s supply of filtration cleaner. I recommend only using distilled water to help keep machine clean as well. Once you have nugget ice, you’ll never go back to the refrigerator cubes!

I’m not overly impressed with this ice maker. This is my first experience using one but I missed having ice since my Samsung fridge constantly freezes and stops working. I should have read it better but I had assumed the ice lived in the machine but it does not. I don’t like having to store the ice somewhere else. The ice is cute but you need a lot of it because it melts very fast. I also can’t open the lid with it on my counter as it is too tall. And lastly, I hate having to drain it because I have to take the whole thing over to my sink. Overall I’m underwhelmed.
