[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Eureka NEY100 portable carpet and upholstery cleaner to try and review and I’m so glad. The setup was so easy as well as cleaning the machine after each use. It is small so great only for small areas. It’s great for small jobs like carpeted stairs and upholstered furniture. Couldn’t believe what a great job it did on a few chairs that had been in need of cleaning for some time. The machine is lightweight so easy to move around however it is quite noisy. Don’t let that deter you, the price is right for the job this little machine does

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried everything I could think of, and after following the directions in the manual, the machine would not spray any water/cleaner on my spot/stain. I filled the clean water tank up with water and cleaner, hooked up the attachment to the hose, and made sure the tank was securely in place. The noise of the machine was a lot louder than I expected. I did like the design.
