Although the french doors are lovely and exactly what I wanted, the burners are fabulous and the grates are heavy, there are problems with the oven and racks, which had I known, I would have looked for something else. The stainless shell holds marks and doesn't come off even with the best polish. As a sourdough artisan bread baker, in my 20 yr old 30" stove, I could easily fit 8 loaves , turning only once mid bake. In this one, the oven height is shorter so I can only fit 4 because of where the rack placement is. Also, the temp is totally unbalanced. Items at the back burn while items at the front barely get warmed over. This means I'm opening the oven every 10 minutes to turn and rotate. This is made difficult by racks that are heavy and not on glides. To get better circulation, I had to drop it down to 3 loaves. To give it a true test, I did 13 loaves and 2 focaccia yesterday. I started at 8 am and should have been done by 11:30. What would have normally been an easy bake day, turned into disaster with 4 over proofed because it took until 2 pm to finish. 2 of the loaves had to be turned into focaccia because of this and several had to go into loaf pans. If you're a baker, this is not the appliance for you.

This is a beautiful unit. Burners are amazing. I am 100 percent pleased. Easy install. Great price.

I love the French doors and the burners are strong and fully adjustable. The oven heats up quickly and bakes evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove a month ago and glad I did. It was packaged extremely well in wood crate. It was heavier than most appliances but very well protected. The installation instructions were straight forward. Oven will need a rack thermometer.
