One of my better purchases! The air fryer option was a game changer, no need for extra appliances! Would recommend to anyone who loves saving kitchen space!

I received the microwave with a big gash in the box and when I opened it it, it was badly damaged on one edge which caused part of the top of the microwave and the side to collapse so it looked like something heavy fell on it or maybe the forklift got it, but it is unusable and cannot be fixed. Hence the one star that I gave however customer service handled this quickly for me and reimbursed me for this microwave and I didn’t even have to struggle to send it back because it weighs like 46 pounds and I am a senior lady so I so appreciate Wayfair’s customer service of which I’ve been purchasing from for a few years now and this is the first damaged item I’ve ever received from them so I if I could, I would like to give them five stars for how they handled this for me if it would let me thank you Wayfair for a good job in your customer service department
