We had a previous Frigidaire but it gave up the ghost after 12 years. Not a bad run. We purchased the same one but new and updated. Love it. The opening is the whole door. Nice and spacious. All buttons run along the bottom, not on the side. Easier to see if you are shorter like. Easy to read buttons with 10 & 30 sec handy buttons. All in all a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the new look with the touch controls along the lower edge of the door. Still trying fo figure our how to do certain functions. Since you can't start by setting the power level and ther is no time cook button it has me a little flumoxed. The beverage setting if freaking HOT! Haven't tried the popcorn button yet. I hope that works.
